The last District meeting was held Wednesday August 22, 2007 at the Bellevue Public Library at 7:30pm. Sheila L. called the meeting to order. There were 13 people in attendance, including 6 GR’s. The next District meeting will be held at the Bellevue Public Library at 7:30pm on Wednesday September 26 2007 at 7:30 p.m. Bellevue Public Library

D.R. Sheila L. Remember the Area Reunion Sept 14-16 in Grand Island. We will be having the District 18 elections on October 24, 2007. Please come attend the District meeting on September 26 at 7:30 to gain more information and ask questions. Please see the flyer given to the G.R.s

Public Outreach Valerie R . . . quite a bit of literature was picked up at the fair. Continuing to pass out literature to professionals
Douglas County Corrections Vicki G. Absent Need volunteers desperately for Tuesdays, need to be at the jail by 6:45 pm Contact Vicki for a volunteer sheet.
Committee Reports:
Halloween Party Sara H. Volunteers are needed. Please contact Sara... Any donations for raffles or monetary will be appreciated.
Cornhusker Roundup Diane J. and Marlene G. 17 briskets were donated and 30 lbs of sloppy joes were served. The expenses were $753.52 and Income was $758.72. Thanks for the great participation
