On October 24, 2007, District 18 will hold elections to fill the following positions…

-District Representative

          -Alternate District Representative

          -Secretary

          -Treasurer

          -Public Outreach

          -Douglas County Corrections Coordinator

          -AIS Liaison

          -Alateen Coordinator

          -Archives

          -Calendar of Events/ Web-Site Liaison

Please talk to your Group Representative about the duties of any position you might be interested in.  All positions are for a 3-year term.  We are filling these positions a month earlier than normal so that the “out-going” coordinator and the “in-coming” coordinator for each position can attend the November 17^th Area Assembly together.  (we never have to do anything alone)

All members are welcome to attend the next district meeting on September 26 at 7:30 pm, to gain more information and ask questions, or just come to listen.

The district meetings are held on the 4^th Wednesday of every month at the Bellevue Public Library (next to Bellevue East High School).
